Whether playing solo or with Woodspell, Walter Buckingham brings music at its very essence to your event or location. Grounded in historical music - from baroque, early American, classical and folk, to contemporary, pop, and rock and roll, Walter's love and mastery  of good music is suited to an unusually wide range of styles and settings.

Educated at Berklee College of Music, Walter has performed on a number of record labels including Northstar Records, Mode Records, and Folksong in the Classroom. He has appeared in large venues such as Worcester Summer World Concert Series, The Woodstock(CT) Fair, The State House, Boston and at many smaller music settings throughout the New England area. He has performed with composer/conductor John Cage at Jordan Hall, New England Conservatory, Boston, in concert series with Tom Rush, Michael Johnson, and Aztec Two Step.
